Orders with a delivery address in Germany will be shipped free of charge for orders over €40.00.

If the order value is below €40.00, we charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90.

We ship our products to all member states of the European Union.

Returns

If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of receipt.

For returns, please use:

• the return slip included with your delivery, and
• the return label you received by email with the shipping confirmation.

Return Process

1. Place the items back in the package, complete and, if possible, in their original packaging.
   Please note that sets must not be separated.
2. Fill out the return slip completely and enclose it with the package.
3. Attach the return label clearly visible on the outside of the package.
4. Drop off the package at a designated drop-off point for the specified parcel service provider.
5. Please keep the shipping receipt until the refund is processed.
