At Lavea, it is important to us that you can use our online shop with as few restrictions as possible. Therefore, we are constantly working to make our website as accessible as possible, so that it is easily usable for people with different needs and when using technical aids.

We adhere to recognized standards for digital accessibility and continuously improve our content and features.

Legal Basis

This accessibility information is provided in accordance with
Section 14 (1) No. 2 of the Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG)
in conjunction with the Accessibility Strengthening Act Ordinance (BFSGV).

The legal requirements implement the provisions of the
Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services.

Scope

This statement applies to Lavea's digital services, in particular to:

  • the online shop at www.lavea.de
  • all associated subpages as well as service and contact forms

Status of Compliance with Requirements

The Lavea online shop is partially accessible.
The requirements of the applicable accessibility regulations are largely met.

What We Do For It

Among other things, our online shop is designed so that:

  • the pages are clearly structured and easy to navigate
  • texts are easy to read and understandably formulated
  • common web standards are maintained to support use with assistive technologies (e.g. screen readers)
  • content is presented as simply, clearly, and user-friendly as possible

Possible Limitations

Despite our efforts, it may happen that individual areas of our online shop are not yet fully accessible.

This may affect, for example:

  • sporadically missing alternative texts for images
  • limited keyboard operability of certain controls
  • legacy technical content that has not yet been fully adapted

We are continuously working to identify and further reduce existing barriers.
